In order to make our workshop as valuable for you as possible, I wanted to get some prior information from you. If you could each respond to this post with the following information, I would appreciate it:
- Your name, position, school (including school level, e.g., elementary, middle, or high), and county
- Your current familiarity with the PLC model on a scale from 1 to 4, where 1 is no familiarity and 4 is high level of familiarity
- Your school's current level of PLC implementation on a scale from 1 to 4, where 1 is no PLC implementation at all and 4 is high level of functioning (e.g., teachers are all organized into professional learning teams, they meet at least twice a month during the school day, they create common assessments, they analyze student data together, and they create targeted interventions for students)
- Two or three questions, issues, or concerns that you hope will be addressed during our workshop
